Jae Kim is a third-year medical student at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) College of Allopathic Medicine who has strong career and research interests in the field of neurology and psychiatry. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Science in 2017, he worked as a research associate at UCLA Department of Neurobiology, investigating neuroplasticity and spinal cord injury. As a medical student, he has researched treatment options for HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder at NSU Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine.
