Morehouse School of Medicine
I graduated with honors (magna cum laude) from Clayton State University with a bachelor of science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. My interests include philosophy (western, african and eastern schools of thought), academic psychiatry and medical student/resident education. However, I also enjoy bowling, billiards, travel and artwork/art creation. I graduated with my MD from Morehouse School of Medicine as the first physician in my family and continued my post graduate education with Morehouse School of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. I served as the Chief Resident for the Department of Psychiatry for the 2018- 2019 Academic year. I am a proud member of the American Psychiatric Association and am now practicing psychiatry as an attending physician at the Atlanta Veterans Medical Center. Aside from academics, I am the founder of an company dedicated to providing quality psychiatric consultation to various healthcare systems.
