Timothy Steinhoff, MD, is a psychiatrist who sees patients in the psychosocial oncology program at the Lifespan Cancer Institute as well as inpatients at Rhode Island Hospital on the consult-liaison psychiatry service. He is on faculty at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

In addition, he completed fellowship training in psychosocial oncology and consult-liaison psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital/The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard Medical School. Professional interests include medical education and curriculum development, medical ethics, psycho-oncology, and medical psychiatry.
