Stephanie Tung attended Princeton University graduating with a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. From there, she went to the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons for her MD. She completed residency in psychiatry at the University of Southern California and LA County Medical Center. She subsequently completed a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). She is psychiatry faculty at DFCI and BWH, where she specializes in psychosocial oncology and women's mental health. Stephanie is a co-chair for the Early Career Psychiatry SIG.
