Eliza “Leeza” Park, MD, MSc is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Medicine and Deputy Director the UNC Comprehensive Cancer Support Program (CCSP). She completed her residency training at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Program and consultation-liaison psychiatry fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. In addition to her clinical practice, she leads a program of research on the mental health and palliative care needs of patients living with advanced cancer, cancer caregiving, and bereavement. She is supported by a K07 career development award from the National Cancer Institute. In her administrative role, Dr. Park directs the clinical services for the UNC Lineberger CCSP, a multi-disciplinary cancer support program dedicated to helping patients and their loved ones with cancer treatment, recovery, and survivorship.
