Dr. Robinson is the Director of the Division of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and developer, along with Seth Himelhoch,, MD of the Internal Medicine Integrated Care Initiative at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, a proactive CL service in operation since 2016. The original mission of ICI, to address lengths of stay and readmissions, has led to an interest in helping medical teams address maladaptive engagement with health care and its behavioral underpinnings. Dr. Robinson has been board-certified in CL Psychiatry since 2005.
