Marta Rondón, MD, MSc is Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University and a clinical perinatal psychiatric consultant at Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal (INMP) in Lima, Peru. She has been a leader in local and international professional associations, including as a past President of the International Association for Women’s Mental Health. She was President of the Peruvian Psychiatric Association and Deputy Dean of the Peruvian College of Physicians. She has conducted extensive research on perinatal and women’s mental health in Peru and Latin America.
