Dr. Guha is medical director of the Centra Neurology Comprehensive
Epilepsy Program. He also interprets inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory
electroencephalograms (EEG). He specializes in the management of drugresistant
epilepsy and has training in the use of Vagus Nerve Stimulation
(VNS), Responsive Neurostimulation (NeuroPace) and Deep Brain
Stimulation (DBS) for the treatment of seizures. He has varied clinical
interests, including the management of pregnant women with epilepsy
and the diagnosis of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures. We welcome
his expertise in the latest drug therapies and diagnostic tools available in
the field of epilepsy. His primary goal is to provide epilepsy patients in our
community with the hope and support they need to control a disease that
is invariably unpredictable and often dangerous.
