Dr. Lahijani is a CL Psychiatrist at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. She is the Medical Director of the Stanford Cancer Center Psychosocial Oncology Program where she oversees program development and operations and also serves as a psychiatric oncologist caring for patients with cancer. She teaches psychiatry, medicine, and neurology trainees of all learning levels. As a psychiatric oncologist, Dr. Lahijani collaborates closely with advanced practice providers and social workers on clinical care, protocol design, and scholarly projects in hematology/oncology. Her clinical and scholarly interests interests include medical education, psychotherapy for the medically ill, psychopharmacology, and neuropsychiatric sequelae of cancer therapy.
