Paul Noufi, MD is currently the leader of an interdisciplinary palliative medicine team at the MedStar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. Because of his interest in the interdisciplinary management of medical and terminal illnesses, he pursued a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the combined MedStar Georgetown University Hospital- NIH- Washington Hospital Center program and then completed a Hospice and Palliative Care fellowship at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. His research and clinical interests include the intersection of psychiatry, palliative care, and chronic pain.
