Dr. Fernandez-Robles completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Miami, trained in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, and later completed an MBA at the Yale School of Management. His mission is to lead the development of sustainable, patient-centered innovations, and he thrives working with multidisciplinary teams and leveraging all types of resources to improve clinical operations and organizational performance. His areas of focus include collaborative care, psycho-oncology, electroconvulsive therapy, ketamine and esketamine treatments and resident/fellow teaching.
